The teachers are amazing. The staff truly love what they do. I received a month after she began a letter with the option to transfer because the school received lower test grades.
I chose not to. I feel my daughter is learning at an amazing pace, she is happy, safe and the school has been nothing but wonderful. Most apartment and condo buildings have dog runs and there are waste bags and waste cans within easy reach. I like living her anyway. There is a good community. I would recommend. Some areas are safer than others. Be aware street by street case. Hancock is a pretty good street.

Cars are broken into and there are not many people living here yet but this area will no doubt get built up with condos soon. There are no Grocery stores at this time. I call my condo the no friendo Condo.

We have a puppy and enjoy letting him meet the other dogs around the neighborhood. There are dangerous people mixed in the neighborhood, along with some good people. Crime is bad in this area. Bad traffic at 8th ave and Wedgwood intersection. They are making some changes for that soon though. Up and coming neighborhood. Somewhat close to the highway which can be loud depending on where you live. Definitely some crime issues. Always lock house and car. Not the most kid-friendly neighborhood but not bad ".
