Trump St, Near Cheapside, London. Summit Circuits - Strength Training Hadnt quite twigged that this was a half treadmill half floor based class whoops but my hatred of running was put to the test in a good way, and I ended up quite enjoying this class and its short intervals.
The Altitude Centre allows you to train in the mountains, at m above sea level…. Cycling, Strength Training. I realise I haven't enjoyed cycling at all until this classs and for the first time I didn't find myself clock watching.

Zumba Good work-out. Would have preferred more variations of music and movements of all sorts but the instructor was great. Heaven is in SE1. Goddess in Charge!
