I love this pizza. It reminds of NYC and when I was a little boy. The owners are great people. It's fun with all the games too! If you are looking for a quick affordable meal this is the place to go. Chicken Chop-Chops are very good, specially the ones with grilled chicken. Comstock and Payavla met working in the restaurant industry in and spent the next 15 years planning their endeavors for their own concept. The Fulshear location will offer the same menu items as the Katy location, with a focus on traditional Cajun dishes, including some recipes that were created by Payavla's great grandmother.
All dishes are made from original family recipes, the company said. Similar to the Katy location, the Fulshear restaurant will offer a counter-order format along with a full-service bar and patio. Currently, Orleans has hired a general manager, Chris Nelson, who has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 12 as a general manager.
He has worked with the Katy location for over a year and will move to the Fulshear location when it opens. Orleans plans to hire 40 to 45 people in several roles.
